Earn credits
Do pushups, cash out steps, or claim your Sleep Dividend. One Dopamine Credit buys one minute of unlocked scrolling.
Unlock and rot
Spend credits to unlock apps for a timed window. Balance hits zero? Your dopamine card gets declined. Earn more or go to bed.
Do reps
1 pushup = 1 credit
The app counts pushups with your camera. No frames saved. No video recorded. Just reps, just credits.

250 steps = 1 credit
Connect Apple Health. Cash out new steps in chunks of 250, up to 60 step credits per reset day.

7-9 hours = 0-50 credits
Seven hours is break-even. Seven to eight hours earns 1 credit per 3 minutes; eight to nine hours earns faster, up to 50. Too little or too much sleep can become a penalty.
